Juneteenth is the oldest, nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the
United States of America. Two and a half years
after the 16th President of the United States, Two
and a half years after the 16th President of the
United States, Abraham Lincoln delivered the Emancipation Proclamation, where Black people
were considered free and delivered from
enslavement.

In this form, you will be requested to provide your information and some video of past performances.
Step 2: Application Review
After filling out the form, the JuneteenthNY team will review your application and get back to you through email whether the application has been approved or rejected.
Step 3: Submissions
In this part of the process, you will be provided with a google drive where all necessary pictures and documents will be uploaded, completed, and provided. To ensure that you can access the files, *a google account is necessary (put secondary emails)
Step 5: Approved and Ready to Go!
After going through the requirements, you will be good to go! All information about the event will be sent to you through email along with your order confirmation. See you at the JuneteenthNY Summit and Festival!
